    Submission Guidelines

     

    Please email all required materials to julianspromos@gmail.com. To ensure timely processing, all assets must be submitted together in one organized email.

     

     

    Required Materials:

    • Final track in MP3 or WAV format
    • Official artwork
    • YouTube artwork:2560 x 1440 pixels (recommended)
    • Email blast artwork:1000 x 1000 pixels, maximum size: 3MB
    • Typed song credits(artist name, producer, label, etc.)
    • Please include credits in a Word documentor written directly in the email
    • Clear picture or screenshot of your payment receipt

    For large files, we recommend using WeTransfer or Dropbox and sharing the download link in your email.

     

     

    Important Notes:

    • Turnaround time: 1–2 business days after all materials have been received.
    • Please confirm with us once your files have been sent, and follow up to ensure we have received them.
    • Change Policy:

    Please review all materials carefully before submission.

    A $50USD fee will apply for any song file or artwork changes requested after the promotion of the submitted project has been completed.
