Please email all required materials to info@julianspromos.com.
To help us process your promotion on time, all files, information and links should be submitted together in ONE organized email.
Suggested subject line:
YouTube Promotion – Artist Name – Song / Project Title
Required Materials
Final audio file — MP3 and WAV, or final video file if submitting a music video
Cover artwork
YouTube artwork / visual (optional) — recommended size: 2560 × 1440 pixels
Typed song credits — including artist, producer and other applicable credits
Artist social-media links you would like included (optional)
Streaming links you would like included (optional)
Clear screenshot or copy of your payment receipt, and point of contact.
For larger audio or video files, you may use WeTransfer or Dropbox and include the download link in your email.
Important Notes
Turnaround Time:
Standard turnaround is 2–3 business days after all required materials have been received. Faster turnaround may be available upon request.
Confirm Your Submission:
Once your materials have been sent, please confirm with us and follow up if necessary to ensure everything has been received successfully.
YouTube Monetization:
Julianspromos does not claim ownership of or directly monetize your music through our YouTube channel. If your release is registered for YouTube revenue collection or Content ID through a digital distributor, applicable revenue is handled through that distributor according to your agreement with them.
How Email Marketing Works
1. Choose Your Promotion
Select and pay for the promotion package that matches your release or project.
2. Submit Your Release
Send your music, artwork, credits, links and promotional information using the Submission Guidelines above.
3. We Prepare Your Campaign
Julianspromos prepares your email newsletter, organizes your release information and builds the promotional presentation for distribution to our network.
4. Your Campaign Is Sent
Your campaign is typically prepared and distributed within 2–3 business days after all required materials have been received.
If you have not received an update after 3 business days, please contact us to follow up on your submission.
Important Guidelines
Before Purchasing
Campaign Frequency & Reblasts
Each purchased campaign includes one email send to the Julianspromos network. Additional reblasts are available upon request at 50% of the original campaign price.
Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround is 2–3 business days after all required materials have been received.
Proofs & Copies
A proof or copy of the completed email campaign can be provided upon request.
YouTube Promotional Upload
A YouTube promotional upload is included with applicable packages by default. If you prefer an Email Newsletter campaign without the YouTube upload, please let us know after purchasing. Removing the YouTube upload does not change the package price.
Results & Discovery
Promotion does not guarantee a specific number of views, streams, downloads, playlist placements, radio spins or audience engagement. Julianspromos provides promotional exposure and distribution with the goal of increasing opportunities for discovery among DJs, radio programmers, media professionals, listeners and other Caribbean music-industry contacts.
Content Ownership & Monetization
Julianspromos does not claim ownership of your music. For releases uploaded to the Julianspromos YouTube channel, Julianspromos does not directly claim your music revenue. If your release is registered for YouTube Content ID or revenue collection through a digital distributor, applicable revenue is handled by that distributor according to your agreement with them.
Changes After Submission or Distribution
Please carefully review all audio/video masters, artwork, titles, credits, links and other information before submitting your materials. Changes requested after a campaign has been prepared, distributed or accompanying content has been published may be subject to a $50 USD re-processing fee.
Refunds & Credits
All payments are non-refundable. Where applicable, a credit may be issued toward a future Julianspromos promotional service.

Projects containing more than 9 tracks require custom pricing. Please contact Julianspromos before purchasing.
