To help us process your promotion on time, all files, information and links should be submitted together in ONE organized email.
Suggested subject line:
YouTube Promotion – Artist Name – Song / Project Title
Required Materials
Final audio file — MP3 and WAV, or final video file if submitting a music video
Cover artwork
YouTube artwork / visual (optional) — recommended size: 2560 × 1440 pixels
Typed song credits — including artist, producer and other applicable credits
Artist social-media links you would like included (optional)
Streaming links you would like included (optional)
Clear screenshot or copy of your payment receipt, and point of contact.
For larger audio or video files, you may use WeTransfer or Dropbox and include the download link in your email.

Standard turnaround is 2–3 business days after all required materials have been received. Faster turnaround may be available upon request.
Confirm Your Submission:
Once your materials have been sent, please confirm with us and follow up if necessary to ensure everything has been received successfully.
YouTube Monetization:
Julianspromos does not claim ownership of or directly monetize your music through our YouTube channel. If your release is registered for YouTube revenue collection or Content ID through a digital distributor, applicable revenue is handled through that distributor according to your agreement with them.

3. We Prepare Your Upload
Julianspromos prepares the YouTube title, description, metadata and overall presentation for your release.
4. Your Release Goes Live
Your release is typically published within 2–3 business days after all required materials have been received.
If you have not received an update after 3 business days, please contact us to follow up on your submission.

Promotion does not guarantee a specific number of views, streams, playlist placements, radio spins or audience engagement. The service provides placement and exposure through the Julianspromos platform with the goal of increasing opportunities for discovery among new listeners, DJs, radio programmers and Caribbean music-industry professionals.
Content Ownership & Monetization
Julianspromos does not claim ownership of or directly monetize your music through our YouTube channel. If your release is registered for YouTube revenue collection or Content ID through a digital distributor, applicable revenue is handled by that distributor according to your agreement with them.
Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround is 2–3 business days after all required materials have been received.
Refunds & Credits
All payments are non-refundable. Where applicable, a credit may be issued toward a future Julianspromos promotional service.
Changes After Posting
Please review all audio/video masters, artwork, titles, credits and other submitted information carefully before sending your materials. Changes requested after content has been published may be subject to a $50 USD re-processing fee.
